What You’ll Be Doing- Overall Job Description The Installation Specialist will deliver Installation and upgrade projects across multiple product lines. This position is responsible to deliver successful new site installation services as well as upgrades in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, coordinate and execute installation and upgrade projects according to established processes
  • Maintain current project documentation in CBORD NetSuite system
  • Act as an escalation point for post installation or upgrade issues
  • Collaborate on system upgrade or installation best practices
  • Respond to client questions and issues

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Communication skills; writing and documentation skills that are clear, concise, and can be followed by team mates and/or clients
  • Good time management, decision-making, and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and change tasks and focus, as needed
  • Ability to learn and master new technical concepts
  • Basic skills in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • General knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Virtualization platforms, network communication and security
  • General knowledge of major RDBMS with emphasis on Oracle, MS SQL, and Sybase ASA
  • Self-directed with ability to follow process, meet deadlines and quality expectations
  • Strong client service skills
  • Minimum 1 year of CBORD product support experience with demonstration of strong knowledge of at least one major CBORD product
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate off hour installations and upgrades
  • High level of thoroughness and accuracy is required

What’s Good to Know This is an hourly position with possible overtime that is paid for more than 40 hours in a week. This is a remote position with no travel requirement.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
