Overview: We are looking for a talented Associate Software Engineer to develop, and maintain robust, scalable solutions in a microservices architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance software using AWS services, modern DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Must-Haves

  • Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, C#).
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Experience with object-oriented principles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team environment.

Preferred

  • Exposure to AWS.
  • Exposure to Gen AI (e.g., working with large language models or AI-driven features).

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to Analytics (e.g. Redshift, Quicksight).

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing applications.
  • Implement and maintain observability practices (monitoring, logging).
  • Write clean, testable code and perform code reviews.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives.
