Title: Director, Client Success Manager

Location: Remote within the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Director a Team of CSMs in the Higher Ed territory for Transact/CBORD clients
  • Sales goals for Renewal, HW, and SW values
  • Work with CSM leadership to align team processes and tasks
  • Work with Sales leaders for alignments within territories
  • Work with internal departments on escalations and collaboration to streamline
  • processes
  • Train and on-board new CSM team members
  • Travel as needed to HE events, company planned events and individual client sites

Must Have Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in Higher Ed
  • Knowledge of the HE market and payments industry
  • Able to manage a book of business with a team of 10 and 800 accounts at any given time
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Travel: estimated 10-25%

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
