What You’ll be Doing
- Frontline support to sales team for general inquiries
- Validate and process requests for amendments to, or extensions of, existing contracts
- Manage Vendor Certification requirements for state, federal, international and individual clients
- Manage Business License certifications including follow up with management and individuals
- Assemble, validate and process subcontractor agreements
- Prepare Order Forms, Certificates of Insurance and Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Handle redlines for Non-Disclosure Agreements
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience in business law
- Experience managing contracts required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to set priorities effectively
- Ability to handle interruptions well and move between tasks with ease
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to make administrative judgements
- Strong business, contract, and legal writing skills
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws, guidelines, and policies

- Contract Administration team members including: Contract Administrators, Senior Contract Manager and Directors
